In BioFrequency Kinesiology, we believe in working on all levels of healing.
BioFrequency Kinesiology is a specialised branch of Energy Kinesiology that focuses on energy systems of the body and the use of frequencies and vibrations to assess and correct imbalances in the body. The word Bio – meaning – Life, and Frequency – meaning – the flow of energy, we have created a system that embraces our very existence of Life Energy Flow . This approach believes that every cell, organ, and system in the body operates at specific frequencies, and that disruptions in these frequencies can lead to physical, emotional, or mental health issues.
BFK 1 - Foundations of kinesiology

In this module, *Foundations of Kinesiology*, we will explore the fundamentals of Kinesiology as a holistic practice. We will cover the definition and history of kinesiology, explaining how it works and why muscles are central to its practice. You will learn the art of muscle testing to gain insights into the body’s energy systems, as well as the first 14 key muscles that connect to the body’s meridians and organs. By understanding and applying techniques for balancing energy flow, you will gain the skills to optimise health and healing in yourself and others.
