Student Agreement Electronic Version

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for participation in the BioFrequency Kinesiology Course (the “Course”) provided by BioFrequency

Academy (“the Faculty”). By enrolling in the Course, the participant (“Student”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Adult Learning and Student Responsibility

1.1. The Course is designed for adult learners, requiring students to take full responsibility for their learning and progress.

1.2. Students must actively engage with Course materials, attend all scheduled sessions, and complete required workbooks, assessments, and activities.

2. Competency-Based Learning

2.1. The Course is competency-based, requiring students to meet specific criteria to demonstrate understanding and application of the material.

2.2. Completion of all assessments, practical exercises, and evaluations to the satisfaction of instructors is mandatory.

2.3. Students who fail to meet the required criteria will not receive a certificate of completion or qualification, and no refunds will be provided. See Clause 3 for details.

3. Assessment and Resit Policy

3.1. Students assessed as Not Yet Competent (NYC) are allowed one resit to support their achievement of competency.

3.2. Resits must be scheduled in advance, with a fee of $90 per hour (minimum $90) payable before the resit session.

3.3. The outcome of the resit assessment is final. Additional resits are at the sole discretion of the Faculty.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

4.1. All Course materials, including but not limited to written content, presentations, videos, and handouts, are protected by copyright laws.

4.2. Students may not reproduce, share, or distribute Course materials without prior written consent from the Faculty.

4.3. Breach of this clause may result in legal action and immediate removal from the Course without refund.

5. Force Majeure and Online Transition

5.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., pandemic, natural disaster, government restrictions), the Course may transition to an online format.

5.2. Efforts will be made to maintain the integrity and quality of the Course during the transition.

5.3. No refunds will be provided due to the transition to an online format.

6. Payments and Financial Obligations

6.1. Course fees must be paid in full before commencement unless a written payment plan is arranged.

6.2. Students on payment plans must ensure timely payments to maintain access to Course materials and sessions.

6.3. Late or missed payments may result late payment fees and/or in suspension or removal from the Course.

6.4. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Faculty.

6.5 By enrolling in the course you provide your agreement to pay the course in full.

If you choose to drop out full payment is still required.

7. General Terms and Conditions

7.1. Students must adhere to the code of conduct provided at the start of the Course. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.

7.2. Students are responsible for providing necessary materials, equipment, and internet access for online components.

7.3. Instructors may update or modify Course content to reflect current practices and standards.

7.4. Attendance at all scheduled sessions is mandatory unless prior arrangements are made with the instructor.

7.5. The Faculty is not responsible for any personal or professional outcomes resulting from the application of Course material.
