I am Melissa, a dedicated holistic practitioner and educator with over two decades of experience in helping people achieve balance and well-being. As a massage therapist for 23 years and a yoga instructor for 20, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the body’s physical, emotional, and energetic connections. For the past 8 years, I have worked as a kinesiologist, and a Reiki Master and Instructor for 5 years, guiding individuals on their journeys of energy healing and self-discovery.

As both a clinician and teacher, I am passionate about empowering others to take charge of their health and expand their skills. My specialties include stress and anxiety management, hormone and gut health, and facilitating mind-body balance.
